CAMPING BUNGALOW LA PINETA RULES

1) On arrival, guests are required to hand over identity documents for registration purposes. They will be returned after registration. A sticker(PASS) will be provided on arrival, Please stick it on your windshield to assist entry checks to the Camping Village. All visitors must leave identification with management and pay for stays exceeding an hour. Visitor rates are posted in the Management office. Daily visitors/guests may remain on the campground until 11.00 PM.

2) The rates for staying the Camping are displayed in the Management office and are counted from the time of arrival to noon of the following day. Departures and arrivals are regulated in order of the displayed times. On the departure day, guests must leave their pitches before 12.00am After this time another day will be charged. Bungalows must be vacant before 10.00 am.

3) Vehicles may only be parked in the internal parking lot or in the external parking lot.

4) Plots may only be stopped in to unload and load one's own accommodation, otherwise it must be authorized by management. Times for entrance of vehicles vary according to the season and are posted by the entrance barrier.

5) Silence is mandatory between 1 PM and 4 PM and midnight to 8 AM. Throughout the day, you are requested to keep noise down. Loud games, such as soccer and tennis, are completely forbidden in the campground's common areas.

6) The plots are assigned by management and are set. Unauthorized changes are not allowed. It is forbidden to install additional structures attached to the main structure if not authorized in writing by management. Statements received by telephone during the reservation are not valid. Any request is authorized only if formalized with an express written statement. Gazebos, large umbrellas, and additional verandahs are prohibited unless otherwise agreed.

7) It is not allowed to damage plants or campsite equipments. It is also forbidden to dig ditches around tents, pour hot or salt water on the ground, start open air fires. The Management is not responsible for damages caused by falling trees, branches or other damages caused by unforeseeable events. The use of grill is submitted by the Management. The use of grill is subordinated buy the premise of the direction and anyway it is admitted only with a bucket of water near the grill.

8)Children must always be accompanied when using the camping-services and facilities, the swimming-pool or toilets etc. Parents are responsible for their children. The direction declines any responsibility.

9) Animals are accepted inside the campground, when permission is asked of management. Their owners will be expected to respect the rules to make for a pleasant stay with other guests. Animal owners must abide by the following rules: Dogs must be kept on leashes. All animals must be controlled so they do not disturb or cause damage to other guests. They must be brought outside of the accommodations to relieve themselves. They cannot for any reason stay in the café, restaurant or common toilets, and may not be left unattended in plots or bungalows. Any of the pumps on the campground can be used to bathe them. Remember that if the animals disturb the peace of others, the animal owners will be asked to leave the campground immediately.

10) Guests must mind their own property. Management is not responsible for theft or damage except for objects entrusted to management and accepted with the issue of a receipt.

11)The correspondence must be collected personally from an adult at the reception. Arriving phone calls will be recorded in the reception and communicated by the staff personally if the interested people asks for it. The loud-speaker will be used only for urgent calls.

12) Vehicles must be driven at the lowest speeds possible. The car recognizing sticker(PASS) must always be visible.

13) The complex's vegetation, hygiene and cleanliness must be respected, and all of the instructions must be followed as given by management for the guests to live happily together.

14)Paper and other rubbish must be thrown in the appropriate containers and in the separate rubbish collection points located in the different areas of the camping/village. Linen, pots and pottery must be washed only in the appropriate sinks, located around the sanitary buildings.

15)Le fontanelle dislocate all'interno del Camping sono adibite solo al prelievo di acqua.È severamente proibito lavare auto e moto all'interno del Camping.

16) Entrance to the campsite implies the full observance of these "REGULATOIONS" which my be integrated by additional rules and regulations which the Management find to be appropriate, in order to run the Campsite in the best possible way.

17) As judged by the management, the failure to observe the standards in these rules, or any behavior that damages the harmony and sprit of the site may result in the removal of guests considered undesirable from the campground.


BOOKING RULES

a) BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
We accept bookings via telephone, fax or e-mail.
The bookings will be accepted in high season ( from the 1st July to 25th August ) for a minimum of 5 days for the pitches and 7 days for the Bungalow/Mobilhome.
Within 5 days from the date of the reservation acceptance, guests are required to forward a deposit as 30% of amount, otherwise the reservation is not confirmed. It is obligatory to specify your booking reference as the reason for the credit transfer. I.e. booking deposit from John Smith, arrival 15th July, departure 30th July (you must enter the name under which the booking was made).
The balance of payment must be settled on arrival.

b) GUARANTEED DEPOSITS AND OTHER INFORMATION
A 150.00 Euro guaranteed deposit must be paid for caravans and bungalows on arrival. This amount will be reimbursed on departure, following an inspection of the accommodation and its contents by a staff member.
An additional charge of 40.00 Euro( 50,00 Euro with Animals) is made to clean your bungalow(mobilhome-room) or caravan on your departure.
Places(pitch-bungalow/mobilhome) are assigned by management (unless agreed otherwise); unauthorised movement is strictly forbidden and boundaries assigned must be respected.
It is strictly forbidden to remove fittings/furniture from any of the bungalows or caravans. Please note that beds and covers cannot be removed from your lodging.
The bungalow/mobilhome and caravans are equipped with dishes and bed linen (on demand: change ?5,00/per person); towels are not supplied(on demand:?5,00/per person/per change).

c) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
For tents, camper vans and caravans, your first day is considered from your arrival time to 12.00 the following day.
The bungalow/mobilhome or caravan are assigned on your arrival date at 3pm. and you must leave by 10.00 am. sharp on your departure date.

d) CANCELLATIONS
1.Cancellations must be made in writing.
If a booking is cancelled, the following regulations apply:
a. Within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the entire deposit will be returned excepting 20 euro for administrative expenses.
b. Within 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned excepting 20 euro for administrative expenses.
c. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
2. In case of arrival delays or early departure guests are obliged to pay the full amount of the booked and confirmed period.
3. Unless an arrival delay is properly communicated, bungalow/mobilhome, pitch will be left to the guest's disposal until 12.00 P.M. of the booked day of arrival. If you arrive later than 8:00 P.M, please phone to this number : +39 078229372.
